"Lazena was so patient with me while setting up my policy. She took her time in making sure I understood everything regarding my new policy before signing. She stayed with me step by step as I set up a new state farm account to be able to find my policy in the app and she did not make me feel rushed or forced at all during this time/transaction. I'm glad I was introduced to Lazena because I've been wanting to get a policy for some time now and didn't know where to start. Very knowledgeable and helpful agent😊"
